Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $25 fee. No show or same day cancellations will be charged as full service.

Prepaid Policy
Prepaid treatments are good for one year from date of purchase. After one year, the purchase amount can be applied towards any full price treatments.

Prepaid Bi-Monthly treatments should be used within two months from date of purchase. After three months, a $10 fee may be added. After six months, the extension fee increases to $20. After nine months, the extension fee increases to $30. After one year, the purchase amount can be applied towards any full price treatments.

Refund Policy
Prepaid services are not refundable, but all purchases will retain their cash value after the expiration date.
